Deze website is alleen bedoeld voor zorgverleners. <\/p>\n<p>Als u een gedrukt exemplaar van een IFU-document nodig heeft, kunt u dit aanvragen bij onze afdeling Verkoopondersteuning door een e-mail te sturen naar salessupport@choicespine.com van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 8:00 uur EST tot 17:00 uur EST en we zullen een gratis, gedrukt exemplaar binnen zeven (7) werkdagen na ontvangst van het verzoek.
